Where did the FT 500 bosses study for their MBA?

The Financial Times has had a good look at where the bosses of the 500 largest listed companies by market capitalisation, as featured in the most recent FT500 index, received their MBA training.

And the winner is: Harvard (photo), where 28 leading business people went to school. Nine CEOs trained in Insead and eight at Stanford Business School. Chicago Booth, Wharton and Kellogs are named as stomping grounds for six top managers respectively. The Financial Times' analysis shows that 31 per cent of the world’s largest companies are led by an MBA graduate. Most of these earned their degree in one of the world’s top programmes.
