Germany’s WHU: Optimising its MBA programmes

WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management is streamlining its MBA degrees which have a strong focus on leadership skills as well as globalisation. The programmes will be tightened and full-time as well as part-time offers will shrink their time commitments by several months.

Students will also be able to commence full-time studies in autumn (September) as well as spring (March). Part-time courses still start in September.

“With these changes, we are not only responding to the considerable demand on the part of our prospective students but also adapting to conditions in the market,” said Daisuke Motoki, Assistant Dean and MBA Programme Director. Most international offers begin in September. “Our additional start date makes it easier, particularly for international prospective students, to apply to WHU.” WHU is also optimizing the time structure of the full-time as well as part-time MBA programme cutting the time commitment down to 12 and 18 months respectively.
