Thunderbird School of Global Management has launched a new masters programme. The Masters of Applied Leadership and Management is an online programme which can be finished in 12 or 15 months and offers several starting dates. The programme was launched after market research showed that leadership programmes are in demand for professionals.

The programme curriculum is based on examining leadership and management. While the course is delivered 100 per cent online, students have the opportunity to add an in-person capstone experience to their graduate degree: The culmination of the programme is a course focused on the creation of either a business or strategic plan. This capstone course can be completed via an in-person experience at select global locations or online.
